What Can ILC Offer You?

Experienced, Knowledgeable Attorneys

Don't trust your life or your business to a notary or do-it-yourself kit. We have processed literally thousands of visas.  We can guide you, your family, and your employer or employees, every step of the way.

National and International Practice

Representing clients in all 50 states and all over the world.  Because immigration is federal law we are able to easily handle cases in areas that are physically distant.  Don't settle for someone just because they are nearby.  We routinely handle cases with minimal personal contact through telephone consultations, email, fax, or web conferencing.  We have even created a custom made program which allows our clients to access their case documents and status online 24 hours a day.  We understand that our clients lead busy lives.

Full Service

We process immigrant and non-immigrant visas based on employment, and obtain Green cards for foreigners through consular process from abroad, adjustment of status within the United States, and Labor Certification.  For business owners, we advise them I-9 compliance, Labor Certification, and DOL audits. We aggressively protect our clients' rights during deportation proceedings, appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in Federal Courts.

Specialization

We ONLY deal in immigration related law. Just because some immigration forms are simple does not mean that the procedures are also simple.  These government agencies are not here to help you in any way.  They are here to follow very specific legislative regulations and internal policies

The average USCIS filing fee is over $300.  When your application is denied on a technicality or is left pending because it is not applicable, you will not be refunded that filing fee.  Even when you mistakenly send a form that does not apply to your case, the USCIS will not return your paid filling fees. They won't even let you know that you that you filed the wrong form! The cost for a consultation is less than what you will spend to have your application rejected or kept in limbo status.

Competitive Rates and Payment Plans

We understand your needs.  There are many firms and services who offer lower prices.  We know this because many of our clients come from these sources with new problems that they need resolved.   Our clients are not looking for the cheapest price.  They are looking for the best value.  They want to know that they are in good hands.

We also offer consultations to help you explore your options and flat fee case based service.  Our rates are highly competitive for a firm of our caliber and our progressive billing policy means you won't get a bill for work that isn't getting done.

Ethical Practice

Hire someone you can trust. We're active members of the American Immigration Legal Association, National Hispanic Bar Association, Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Florida Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  We are listed in the exclusive Martindale Hubbel and the Metropolitan Who's Who Directory. Unlike notaries and paralegals, we're licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts.
